“Starting work is not the first step” – that was the theme of the Shell Safety Day held last Friday morning. The hybrid physical and online townhall engagement was led by @bsm.shafiee and the management of BSM.
To encourage everyone to speak up and to have a better understanding on the theme of safety day, BSM staff and our business partners were divided into groups for a breakout session where participants shared their personal stories with regards to safety and the impact it has on the business as well as the home front.
Safety is a never-ending process and everyone from the office down to the ground is connected with roles to play. With our new Life Saving Rules, BSM remains committed to safety in our relentless focus on achieving Goal Zero.
