The Fill Safe, Feel Safe campaign is an ongoing initiative by BSM aimed at raising public awareness and ensuring compliance with crucial safety guidelines during refueling. OUR SERVICE CHAMPIONS

Our Service Champions play a crucial role in guiding customers to follow safe practices at our retail stations. By adhering to the Basic Service Steps, they ensure that customer safety is of the utmost importance.  Additionally, they enhance the overall customer experience by providing friendly, efficient service and promptly addressing any concerns. Ensuring a safe and pleasant refueling experience for our customers is their top priority.

KEY SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR REFUELING

SELENDANG KESELAMATAN

One of the recent safety initiatives introduced by BSM is the Selendang Keselamatan. The objective of this initiative is to minimize nozzle pull-out and wrong filling incidents at retail stations.

The Selendang Keselamatan are color-coded according to the fuel product. Service Champions will hang the Selendang Keselamatan on the customer’s vehicle side mirror before refueling begins. This serves as a reminder for the Service Champion of the correct product to be filled and also prompts the customer to remain stationary until the entire refueling process, including payment, is completed
