Public Announcement: Pekan Muara Petrol Station
Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sendirian Berhad (BSM) would like to inform the public that Pekan Muara Petrol Station is temporarily closed starting from Monday, 14th February 2022, until further notice. One of the service champion has been identified as a close contact and as a result the station is closed as an added precaution. The station will continue to follow Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 control measures.
The public is advised to go to the nearest alternative stations at:
- Pengalayan Petrol Station at Kg Kapok
- Koperasi Ikatan Teluk Mewah Petrol Station at Kg Mentiri
- KOTIBA Petrol Station at Kg Salambigar
The public is reminded to adhere to the SOPs from the Ministry of Health .

Official Launch of Kg Buang Sakar Riverine Station
Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sendirian Berhad (BSM) officially launched Kg Buang Sakar Riverine station earlier today.
The Guest of Honour was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mat Suny Bin Hj Mohd Hussein, Minister of Energy. Also present were Deputy Minister Of Energy, Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Matsatejo Bin Sokiaw, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Energy, Awang Haji Azhar Bin Haji Yahya, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Energy, Pengiran Haji Jamra Weira Bin Pengiran Haji Petra and Yang Mulia Muhammad Norshafiee Dato Paduka Hj Abd Jalil, Managing Director of BSM.
In his opening remarks Muhammad Norshafiee highlighted that the main objective of the station is to ensure the mobility of the Kg Ayer community especially the residents, taxi boat operators and fishermen.
The event followed with the Guest of Honor officiating the station by signing a plaque and a briefing of the station's construction and business operations.
The event ended with a walkthrough of the station.
Kg Buang Sakar Riverine Station is open daily from 6AM until 5:30PM.
