On 27 March 2015, Brunei Shell Marketing Co. Sdn Bhd (BSM) transformed the PPGMB Lobby to welcome all its valued customers to the Shell Lubricant Awards 2015.
The event was held to reward top performing achievers under the SOLUS programme; a customer relationship management (CRM) programme for BSM’s Shell Lubricants distributors and customers. Top sales performers were awarded appreciation certificate and certificate of achievements. While the Top 5 Volume Achievers received a plaque and will be going on an incentive trip to Hong Kong! This is our winning partners, the winning partners who value growth and development for Brunei, who value quality and relationships.
In his welcoming remarks, BSM Managing Director, Pg Shamhary Pg Dato Paduka Mustapha, took a moment to look at our 2014 events where BSM strive to continuously improve as a partner and invited our Shell Lubricants Technical Advisor from Shell Malaysia to conduct a product knowledge training.
BSM’s latest Customer Value Proposition (CVP) were announced during the event with the introduction of Shell Helix Corner and rebranding of Customer Care Centre.
This was followed with the launch of SOLUS 2015 programme.
The Shell brand, until today, is the number 1 Global Lubricant Supplier 8 consecutive years of which BSM is proud to share that Brunei has been given the Market Leader Award. Hence, the new CVP for 2015 is designed to provide support for customers in boosting their market share for Shell Lubricants and their performance for SOLUS 2015. The winners for SOLUS 2015 will be announced during the award night in December 2015.
During the event, customers were entertained by BSM’s staffs from various departments including internship students who were leading the entertainment corner such as Spin to Win and Shell Helix Photograph corner.
