1. The promotion period is from 28th July 2011 to 28th September 2011 or while stock lasts, both core dates are inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (BSM) reserves the right as its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
3. The Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items and cannot be transferred to other persons.
4. In the event of unavailability of the PRIZES or change of circumstances Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (BSM) reserves the right to substitute the PRIZES thereof with any other item or similar value at any time without prior notice.
5. Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (BSM) reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Promotion with or without notice. In the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (BSM) of this Promotion shall not entitle Shell customers to any claim or compensation against Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (BSM) for any and losses or damages suffered or incurred by Shell customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
6. In no event will Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (BSM) be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Promotion, even if Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (BSM) has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
