Healthy Lifestyle Programme FOR 2008

To kick off the Healthy Lifestyle Programme (HLP) for 2008, Brunei Shell Marketing Co Sdn Bhd (BSM) held a brisk walk at Taman Tasek on 16 May 2008 which was led by the Managing Director, Pg Hj Yasmin bin Pg Hj Mohamad.

The HLP began with an aerobics and stretching session at the open space next to the waterfall. It was a good start for HLP 2008 as half of the staff turned up for the activity.



The theme for this year is 'To Get Active' and all staff are encouraged to participate in the HLP that has been planned until end of the year. The objective of HLP is to create an active and healthy lifestyle.
